About The Position

EmpowerMe Wellness is hiring a Clinic Director I who is a licensed Occupational Therapist. The Clinic Director provides therapy services while leading the clinic team and shaping day-to-day care in senior living communities. The role includes mentoring clinicians, building relationships with residents and community leadership, and supporting the EmpowerMe 360 integrated model, which brings therapy, wellness, care coordination, pharmacy, and medical care together. The director continues treating residents while leading and works with operational leadership to support the team and clinic. The stated pay range is $49.00–$62.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Current professional license in a therapy discipline: PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP.
• Leadership or mentorship experience, formal or informal.
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
• Strong clinical skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Desire to lead, connect, and be visible in the community.

• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading the team in delivering high-quality care.
• Mentor and support clinicians in developing their clinical skills and confidence.
• Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model.
• Build relationships that support resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment.
• Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services to provide a seamless resident experience.
• Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic operations.
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement.
