Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
About The Position
EmpowerMe Wellness is hiring a Licensed Occupational Therapist to provide therapy and wellness services for older adults in senior living communities. As part of EmpowerMe 360, an integrated care model connecting therapy, wellness, and medical providers, the therapist helps residents live stronger, safer, and more independently. The role combines clinical therapy with care coordination and wellness support, working collaboratively with residents, caregivers, and other providers. The therapist conducts assessments, develops personalized care plans, and delivers evidence-based interventions. The position also supports wellness check-ins, caregiver communication, and telehealth; contributes to program development and continuous quality improvement; and helps residents maximize independence, confidence, and satisfaction. The posting describes predictable schedules with no late nights or constant driving, along with opportunities for leadership, specialty programs, and professional development.
Requirements
- Hold a current professional license in the relevant therapy discipline, such as OT.
