About The Position

SERC, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring an experienced, licensed Physical Therapist to lead an outpatient orthopedic clinic in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. The Clinic Director provides direct patient care while leading and developing clinicians, supporting strong patient outcomes, and fostering a positive, high-performing clinic culture. The role also oversees clinic operations and works with leadership to meet clinic goals and support growth. Upstream Rehabilitation provides central administrative support, clinical technology intended to reduce documentation time, leadership onboarding and mentorship, and ongoing professional development. The position offers a potential path to multi-site leadership or clinic ownership/partnership. Compensation is listed at $85,000–$100,000, with monthly clinical and leadership bonus opportunities. Benefits and eligibility depend on employment status and pay class.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
Active Arkansas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
Passion for developing others.
