About The Position

SERC, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring an experienced, licensed Physical Therapist to lead an outpatient orthopedic clinic in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. The Clinic Director leads and develops clinicians, provides exceptional patient care, supports positive clinic culture, and oversees clinic operations. Central support teams handle administrative work so clinic leaders can focus on patients, their teams, and clinic performance. The role includes leadership onboarding, mentorship, ongoing development, and potential paths to multi-site leadership or clinic ownership/partnership. Estimated compensation is $85,000–$100,000, with monthly clinical and leadership bonus opportunities. Pay is based on factors including pay class, experience, background, and clinic location; benefit eligibility depends on employment status and pay class.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
Active Arkansas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for one.
Passion for developing others.
