Clinic Director/Partner - Physical Therapist
About The Position
SERC, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Clinic Director and Partner to lead a new team in the Fort Smith, Arkansas area. The role combines physical therapy practice with clinic leadership and partnership ownership. The Clinic Director/Partner will contribute directly to patient care, referral relationships, community outreach, hiring, team development, daily clinic operations, business targets, financial performance, and patient outcomes. Partners receive mentorship and guidance from experienced partners and leaders, along with back-office support in legal and financial services, credentialing, human resources and payroll, recruiting, and regulatory compliance. The role also offers access to professional development resources and a customizable compensation package.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current or pending state licensure.
- Commitment to high-quality, individualized, evidence-based patient care.
- Desire to participate in clinic leadership, hiring, and team development.

- Demonstrated operational leadership and performance, preferably working independently in an outpatient setting.
