About The Position

SERC, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring an experienced, licensed Physical Therapist to lead an outpatient orthopedic clinic in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. The Clinic Director provides direct patient care while developing clinicians, supporting staff, overseeing clinic operations, and fostering a positive, patient-centered culture. The role includes leadership onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing professional development, with opportunities to progress toward multi-site leadership or clinic ownership/partnership. Upstream provides central administrative support, clinical technology, and a collaborative network of more than 1,200 clinics across 26 brand partners. Estimated compensation is $85,000–$100,000, with monthly clinical and leadership bonus opportunities. Pay ranges depend on factors including pay class, experience, background, and clinic location. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
Active Arkansas Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain one.
