About The Position
Ivy Health is hiring a full-time Clinic Director/Partner for its Chapel Hill, North Carolina location. This is an opportunity to become an equity partner and help build a clinic from the ground up. The position offers a voice in decisions about clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience. Ivy Rehab provides support in marketing, HR, recruitment, legal compliance, IT, revenue cycle management, and other areas needed to support the clinic’s growth. The Clinic Director will lead a collaborative team, mentor and develop teammates, build community relationships, grow the clinic, and support exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care. The role is suited to someone who enjoys working with people and creating a positive environment for both teammates and patients. The position requires an active or eligible Physical Therapist license in North Carolina and graduation from an accredited physical therapy program. Compensation is listed at $90,000–$110,000 per year, with eligibility for a Clinic Director Bonus Plan, equity, and relocation assistance.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
- At least 3 years of dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.
- Passion for mentoring and developing others.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Desire to grow the clinic, build community relationships, and create a positive team culture.
- Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
Nice To Haves
- Previous outpatient orthopedic experience.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience.
