Clinic Director I Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Part-Time or Full-Time
About The Position
EmpowerMe Wellness is hiring a Clinic Director to lead clinical care and day-to-day clinic operations in a senior living community. The role combines hands-on therapy services with team leadership, mentorship, resident engagement, and collaboration with community leadership. Clinic Directors may help bring therapy, wellness, and care coordination together through the EmpowerMe 360 model. The position offers predictable schedules without late nights or constant driving, ongoing leadership development, and opportunities to pursue expanded operations and clinical leadership roles. The role is available part-time or full-time and pays $35.00–$42.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Current professional license in a therapy discipline: PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP.
- Leadership or mentorship experience, formal or informal.
- Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
- Strong clinical skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Desire to lead, connect, and be visible in the community.

Responsibilities
- Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading the team in delivering high-quality care.
- Mentor and support clinicians in developing their clinical skills and confidence.
- Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model.
- Build relationships that encourage resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment.
- Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services for a seamless resident experience.
- Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic operations.
- Contribute to program development and quality improvement.
