Clinic Director I Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
About The Position
EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a Clinic Director to provide therapy services while leading a clinical team in senior living communities. The role combines hands-on care with team leadership, relationship-building, and day-to-day clinic operations. Clinic Directors help residents remain active, independent, and supported, and may help integrate therapy, wellness, and care coordination through the EmpowerMe 360 model. The Clinic Director mentors clinicians, partners with community leadership, coordinates care across therapy, wellness, and medical services, and contributes to program development and quality improvement. The role offers predictable schedules without late nights or constant driving, leadership development and career paths, continued hands-on resident care, and support from operational leadership.
Requirements
- Hold a current professional license in a therapy discipline: PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP.
- Have leadership or mentorship experience, formal or informal.
- Demonstrate strong clinical skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Have a passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
- Be willing to lead, connect, and be visible in the community.

Responsibilities
- Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading the team in delivering high-quality care.
- Mentor and support clinicians to help them grow their clinical skills and confidence.

- Build relationships that encourage resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment.
- Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services to provide a seamless resident experience.
- Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and daily clinic operations.
- Contribute to program development and quality improvement.
