About The Position

The Clinic Admissions Associate is the first point of connection for families beginning ABA therapy at ABC. The role guides families through the admissions process with empathy and care, helping them feel supported, informed, and confident. It combines administrative work with relationship-building and creating positive first impressions while helping expand access to care for children with autism and their families. The associate supports day-to-day clinic administration, communications, inbound calls, and marketing and admissions tasks. They also become knowledgeable about autism and ABC’s services to help families and others understand the care available. The position calls for a positive, caring, team-oriented person who is committed to supporting children and families and contributing to the clinic’s culture.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or a related area.
High school diploma or GED.
Positive and engaging attitude when interacting with families.
Passion for work that benefits children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.
Eagerness to be part of a caring, team-oriented company culture.
Commitment to showing up every day and being a leader at the center.

Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day administrative functions for busy clinics, including document management and keeping track of people and things.
Communicate internally and externally with referral sources.
Support inbound calls from prospective and current clients and families.
Become a subject matter expert on autism to help others understand how ABC supports children and families.
Handle marketing and admissions tasks in support of the operations manager and clinical leadership.
