About The Position

The Clinic Admissions Associate is the first point of connection for families beginning ABA therapy. This role guides families through the admissions process with empathy and care, helping them feel supported, informed, and confident. It combines administrative work with relationship-building and creating positive first impressions for families seeking care for children with autism.

Requirements

Have 1–2 years of experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or a related area.
Have a positive, engaging attitude and readiness to work with families.
Have a passion for work that benefits children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.
Be eager to contribute to a caring, team-oriented company culture.
Be committed to showing up every day and being a leader at the center.
Have a high school diploma or GED.

Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day administrative functions for busy clinics, including document management and tracking people and things.
Communicate internally and externally with referral sources.
Support inbound calls from prospective and current clients and families.
Become a subject matter expert on autism to explain how the company supports children and families.
Handle marketing and admissions tasks in support of the operations manager and clinical leadership.
