About The Position

The Clinic Admissions Associate is the first point of connection for families beginning ABA therapy at ABC. The role guides families through the admissions process with empathy and care, helping them feel supported, informed, and confident. It combines clinic administration with family and referral-source communication, admissions and marketing support, and building knowledge about autism and ABC’s services. The associate is also expected to embody ABC’s core values—Learning, Team, Excellence, Caring, and Fun—and serve as a cultural role model for teammates.

Requirements

A positive, engaging attitude and readiness to connect with families.
1–2 years of experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or a related area.
Passion for work that benefits children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.
Eagerness to be part of a caring, team-oriented company culture.
Commitment to show up every day and be a leader at the center.
High school diploma or GED.

Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day administrative functions for busy clinics, including document management and keeping track of people and things.
Communicate internally and externally with referral sources.
Support inbound calls from prospective and current clients and families.
Become a subject matter expert on autism to help others understand how ABC supports children and families.
Handle marketing and admissions tasks in support of the operations manager and clinical leadership.
Embody ABC’s core values and serve as a cultural role model for teammates.
