About The Position

Legal Intake Pros helps plaintiff law firms turn more leads into signed cases by providing sales enablement services including coaching, CRM optimization, performance data, and process design. The Client Success Associate (CSA) is the operational backbone of the Client Success team, managing the day-to-day operational relationship for a portfolio of law firm clients. This role involves understanding account status, preparing client meeting materials, translating decisions into actionable tasks, maintaining system accuracy, and ensuring cross-team commitments are met. The CSA is expected to proactively identify issues, provide data-backed insights, and become a trusted advisor to firm leadership on intake performance.

Requirements

  • Two or more years in client success, account management, sales enablement, revenue operations, legal operations, or intake operations.
  • Comfortable explaining concepts live and unrehearsed in front of business owners.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts or projects simultaneously without errors.
  • Working experience with a CRM and a project management tool.
  • Comfort with performance dashboards and metrics.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills, with experience writing to attorneys and firm owners daily.
  • Remote Work Requirements: Must have a dedicated workspace at home, be responsive in Slack, ClickUp, and Email, possess a clear camera for virtual meetings, and be punctual and detail-oriented.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • HubSpot and ClickUp experience.
  • Experience in a law firm, legal department, or legal services company.
  • Familiarity with Lead Docket, Filevine, and other case management systems.
  • A bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in document control, data management, or CRM systems.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, particularly with document control and technical support.
  • Proficiency in electronic signature software (e.g., DocuSign, Adobe Sign) and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Own the recurring client cycle, including written updates, task management, internal debriefs, and standard reporting.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, KPI packets, and briefing materials, and convert decisions into assigned tasks.
  • Manage client reporting end-to-end, including report building, presentation to firm leadership, and explaining performance data and recommendations.
  • Conduct client training sessions on reporting, systems, and processes.
  • Develop and maintain account plans that align client goals with company actions.
  • Analyze intake performance data and interpret its meaning.
  • Run internal check-ins with assigned coaches and specialists, and ensure delivery timelines through follow-up.
  • Maintain accuracy of ClickUp and HubSpot systems according to company standards.
  • Proactively identify and surface potential risks to clients.
