About The Position
AO Globe Life is seeking a Benefits Enrollment Specialist to help clients understand life, supplemental health, and accident insurance options. The role involves working remotely with individuals and families, conducting needs-based consultations, and providing clear information to support informed decisions. The company provides warm leads, virtual training, daily coaching, mentorship, and professional development. This is a 100% remote independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities and are responsible for applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at their own expense. No prior insurance experience is required; training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.

- Comfort learning computer functions and virtual systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Provide a computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and a professional remote workspace.
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings.
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
