About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a Client Services Manager for its Habilitation Office in Springfield, Missouri. The position focuses on delivering compassionate, high-quality, reliable home care by coordinating client services and handling emergent scheduling issues. The manager oversees and proactively grows a client caseload, builds relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations, and works closely with the team. The role also involves monitoring caseload metrics for effective fiscal management and partnering with Clinical Managers to supervise and support field employees. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required.
Scheduling experience required.
Strong computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
