About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a Client Services Manager in Winter Park, Florida. The role provides customer service and quality home care by coordinating client services, addressing emergent scheduling issues, and managing and proactively growing a caseload. The manager builds relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, community organizations, and colleagues, and maintains fiscal oversight of the caseload by monitoring metrics. Client Services Managers partner with Clinical Managers to supervise and support field employees. The position offers a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Requirements

Bachelor's degree required.
Strong computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records, required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated record of taking on increased responsibility and achieving goals.
Ambition to grow and advance beyond the current position.

Nice To Haves

Comparable experience in staffing or scheduling at a home care agency preferred.
Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
