About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a Client Services Manager in Winter Park, Florida. The role provides compassionate, reliable, high-quality home care while coordinating client services and addressing urgent scheduling needs. The manager oversees and proactively grows a caseload, builds relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, community organizations, and colleagues, and monitors caseload metrics for effective fiscal management. Client Services Managers partner with Clinical Managers to supervise and support field employees. The position is part of a caring, professional team in a mission-driven nonprofit organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong computer skills, including use of an electronic medical record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ambition to grow and advance beyond the current position.
• Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility and achieving goals.

• Comparable experience staffing or scheduling at a home care agency.
• Prior supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and quality home care.
• Coordinate client services and manage emergent scheduling issues.
• Manage and proactively grow a Client Services Manager caseload.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations.
• Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team.
• Monitor metrics to maintain effective fiscal management of the caseload.
• Partner with Clinical Managers to provide supervision and support to field employees.
