About The Position

The role supports client services coordination and scheduling, staff onboarding and background checks, and relationship-building with clients, employees, referral sources, payors, community organizations, and recruiting partners. Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service.
• Focus on the new-hire training and onboarding process for new RNs and LPNs.
• Run background checks according to state regulations.
• Build strong relationships with regional recruiting partners.
• Build employee files.
• Coordinate client services and address emergent scheduling issues.
• Manage a caseload while proactively growing it.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations.
