About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a Client Services Manager for its Habilitation Office in Springfield, Missouri. The role focuses on delivering compassionate, high-quality home care through coordination and management of client services. The Client Services Manager manages a caseload, addresses emergent scheduling issues, and works to grow the caseload while maintaining effective fiscal oversight through monitoring metrics. The position also involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, families, referral sources, payors, community organizations, and team members. Client Services Managers partner with Clinical Managers to provide supervision and support to field employees. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Requirements

Bachelor's degree required.
Scheduling experience required.
Strong computer skills, including electronic medical record experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility and achieving goals.
Ambition to grow and advance beyond the current position.

Nice To Haves

Experience with the I/DD population preferred.
Prior medical office or home care experience preferred.
Prior supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide superior customer service and quality home care.
