About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a Client Services Associate for its Skilled Nursing Office in Raleigh, North Carolina. The role supports the delivery and coordination of home health care and contributes to a professional team focused on providing compassionate, excellent, and reliable service to clients and their families. The associate handles new-hire training and onboarding for registered and licensed practical nurses, background checks, employee files, client-service coordination, and emergent scheduling issues. The role also manages and proactively grows a caseload while developing relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, community organizations, and regional recruiting partners.
Requirements
- Strong computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records.
