Requirements

• Customer service or call center experience.
• Active Property & Casualty license; must be general or commercial lines, not personal lines.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional customer support with a focus on one-call resolution.
• Handle inbound calls and follow up on online applications.
• Assist customers with policy questions about coverage, billing, and general clarification.
• Document customer interactions accurately and enter inbound leads in a timely manner.
• Navigate multiple systems while multitasking among calls, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Contribute to a team-focused culture centered on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
