About The Position
Szott Automotive Group is seeking motivated, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisors to represent its service department and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The role offers performance-based compensation, with potential annual earnings of $75,000 or more that are not guaranteed, as well as weekly and monthly bonus opportunities. Advisors work with customers, technicians, and parts teams to identify vehicle service needs, present repair recommendations, and keep repairs moving efficiently. Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of automotive Service Advisor experience.
- Experience with dealership service systems and processes.
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- A sales-minded attitude and ability to build customer trust.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to complete applicable background checks and drug screenings.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, pride in work, and drive to succeed.
