About The Position

Mr. Holland’s Home Services, a brand of Clarion Home Services Group, is hiring a Licensed Plumber (Journeyman or Master) to serve Jackson, Wisconsin, and surrounding areas. This is a full-time, on-site, field-based role involving daily travel to residential and commercial job sites throughout the local branch’s service region. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with hours varying according to business demands and seasonal needs, up to 40 hours per week. Occasional overtime, evening, or weekend work may be required. The plumber will install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems; diagnose malfunctions; present service options to customers; respond to urgent plumbing needs; and complete service records. Compensation is $50–$62 per hour, with on-target earnings of up to $150,000 per year, plus performance spiffs and a potential sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 based on certifications and experience. The role requires a valid Wisconsin Journeyman or Master Plumber License, at least two years of professional plumbing service, repair, and installation experience, and experience with residential in-home sales or presenting tiered service options. Work takes place indoors and outdoors in varying weather and conditions, including heat, cold, dusty, wet, or dirty spaces. Requirements

At least 2 years of professional plumbing service, repair, and installation experience.
Experience in residential in-home sales or presenting tiered service options.
Deep understanding of local plumbing codes and safety standards.
Valid Wisconsin Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
Valid driver’s license and a clean, safe driving record.
High integrity and a strong desire for continuous improvement.
Personable, professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening in accordance with local laws and regulations.
Ability to stand, walk, and kneel for extended periods; frequently bend, squat, kneel, crawl, and twist.
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 pounds, with frequent lifting and carrying of up to 25 pounds.
Ability to safely climb and work from ladders, scaffolding, or bucket trucks at various heights.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems and fixtures.
Identify the root cause of malfunctions and perform precise repairs.
Build rapport with homeowners and present products and service options that address their long-term needs.
Provide timely solutions for urgent plumbing situations and communicate clearly with dispatch.
Keep the company vehicle clean and well-stocked and leave job sites clean.
Complete digital paperwork and service records accurately and on time.
