Requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, data entry)
- Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented
Nice To Haves
- Experience in healthcare, customer service, or office work is a plus (not required)
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule client care services
- Communicate with clients, families, and caregivers
- Maintain accurate care records and updates
- Support caregivers with scheduling and service needs
- Help resolve client or caregiver concerns professionally
