About The Position

Freedom Caregivers is hiring a full-time Client Care Specialist to help ensure clients receive exceptional care while supporting and mentoring caregivers in the field. The role includes providing customer service to clients, families, and caregivers; covering open client shifts when needed; training and mentoring new caregivers in clients’ homes; communicating caregiver updates and performance to leadership; and upholding agency standards, policies, and professionalism. Requirements

Experience as an HHA or STNA.
