About The Position

Freedom Caregivers is seeking an LPN to support its non-medical home care services. The position offers an opportunity to use nursing knowledge and experience outside a traditional bedside setting, with a different pace and greater flexibility. The LPN will support caregiver oversight and training, client support, care plan development, and care coordination while helping promote quality care and building relationships with clients and caregivers. This is a part-time, hourly position with paid drive time between clients and mileage reimbursement.

Requirements

• Must have a current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of Ohio.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Must have basic computer and technology knowledge and be able to use an EMR for documentation.

Responsibilities
