About The Position

Gentle Dental is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join its established Skyline practice in Salem, Oregon. The practice is predominantly fee-for-service, supporting comprehensive, relationship-based dentistry and clinical autonomy. The role offers opportunities to educate patients, develop comprehensive treatment plans, focus on quality outcomes, and build long-term patient relationships with support from an experienced team in a modern practice environment. Average full-time dentist earnings are stated as $150,000–$400,000 annually. A $40,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active Oregon dental license or ability to obtain one prior to employment.
• Current CPR certification.
• DEA registration and NPI, or ability to obtain them prior to start.
