About The Position
Gentle Dental is seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join its Keizer Kids practice in Keizer, Oregon. The role offers full-time or part-time schedule options, a $25,000 sign-on bonus, and eligibility for the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program for eligible clinicians. Keizer Kids is a pediatric-focused practice designed around the patient experience. Its environment includes customizable colored and adjustable ambient lighting and ceiling-mounted entertainment screens intended to help reduce sensory overload and create a calmer, more engaging experience for children and families. The dentist will work with a pediatric-focused team and an established patient base with strong new-patient flow. The position offers clinical autonomy and a patient-first philosophy, equitable distribution of new patients, and continuity of care so clinicians can follow their patients as they grow. Clinical and operational teams provide support while clinicians maintain their clinical independence. Requirements
- Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program.
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Active Oregon dental license in good standing, or ability to obtain one before employment.
- Current CPR certification.
- DEA registration and NPI, or ability to obtain them before starting.
