About The Position

Gentle Dental is hiring a full-time General Dentist for its Fresno, California practice. The role offers an established practice, supportive team, strong patient flow, and access to the resources of the Gentle Dental network. New graduates are welcome, and the position offers a signing bonus of up to $30,000. Dentists are supported by dental hygienists, dental assistants, treatment coordinators, practice managers, and in-house dental specialists. Administrative and practice-management tasks are supported so the dentist can focus on patient care. The practice emphasizes teamwork, clinical autonomy, and patient-centered treatment. New patients are assigned equally on a rotating basis, and patients assigned to the dentist remain with them to support lasting doctor-patient relationships.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited dental school.
Current California dental license or ability to obtain one by the start of employment.
Required licenses and certifications, including CPR, DEA, and NPI, as applicable.
