About The Position

Gentle Dental is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join its established Salem Lancaster practice in Salem, Oregon. The practice offers strong patient demand, an established patient base, clinical autonomy, an experienced clinical and operational team, modern technology and resources, and mentorship and collaboration with a broader provider network. The dentist can focus on patient care, build long-term patient relationships, and grow a practice with operational support. The opportunity is open to experienced dentists and those early in their careers. Average full-time earnings are stated as $150,000–$400,000+, with a $40,000 signing bonus. Requirements

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Active Oregon dental license or ability to obtain one prior to employment.
Current CPR certification.
DEA registration and NPI, or ability to obtain them.

Diagnose and develop treatment plans.
