About The Position

The Client Business Solutions Manager partners with commercial property managers and business owners to identify facility service needs, coordinate solutions, and ensure successful project execution. The role focuses on building lasting client relationships, solving problems, delivering service excellence, and supporting business growth.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• A hunter sales mindset; goal-driven and self-motivated.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with detailed follow-up.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and CRM systems.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–3 years in a B2B sales environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and deliver additional value.
• Identify project opportunities through existing clients, referrals, and strategic networking.
• Conduct site visits and develop tailored facility solutions.
• Coordinate project execution between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project performance and customer satisfaction.
• Generate recurring revenue through exceptional service and business development.
• Present proposals and close project opportunities.
