About The Position
Antonio Marras is a multidisciplinary fashion brand founded by designer Antonio Marras, whose work spans fashion, cinema, literature, and art. The brand aims to highlight its distinctive creative identity in its products and store experience. The Client Advisor serves as a Marras Brand Ambassador, providing luxury one-on-one customer service and helping achieve personal and store sales goals. The role includes building client relationships using CRM tools, following visual merchandising guidelines, assisting with stock management and product replenishment, and sharing trends, styling ideas, and product knowledge with clients and colleagues. The employee is also expected to help maintain a clean, organized store, including the sales floor, fitting rooms, cash desk, and backroom.
Requirements
- Be eligible to work in the United States for any employer.
- Be a high school graduate or equivalent.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and the contemporary or luxury retail industry.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication and sales skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Be committed, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Have impeccable presentation and the ability to thrive in a demanding environment.
- Have a problem-solving mindset.
- Be able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.
- Be able to lift more than 20 pounds; stand for long periods; bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, and push, pull, and carry items such as mannequins, clothing, totes, and torsos.

Responsibilities
- Deliver luxury, one-on-one customer service as a Marras Brand Ambassador.
- Meet and exceed personal and store sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships using CRM tools.
- Follow visual merchandising guidelines.
- Contribute to stock management and product replenishment.
- Share trends, styling ideas, and product knowledge with clients and team members.
- Take initiative in maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including the sales floor, fitting rooms, cash desk, and backroom.
