About The Position

This role supports Cencora’s U.S. distribution services, which operate through its AmerisourceBergen business. The Warehouse Operations Clerk maintains and updates warehouse documentation and data related to shipping, receiving, inventory, orders, and shipments. The role routes materials and exceptions through appropriate workflows, prepares operational reports, and responds to routine inquiries from internal and external contacts. Duties may vary based on business needs, local requirements, and operational practices; applicable employment agreements, local terms, prior job descriptions, collective bargaining agreements, and mandatory local laws take precedence where relevant.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation to preserve complete and accessible operational records.
• Enter warehouse data accurately to capture inventory movements, order status, and shipment activity.
• Route materials, orders, and exception items through appropriate workflows to support timely processing.
• Prepare reports on inventory status, shipment activity, and recurring operational issues for routine review.
• Update records relating to stock balances, storage locations, and transaction activity to maintain control accuracy.
• Answer routine operational inquiries from internal and external contacts to provide status support and execution clarity.
