Responsibilities include providing clerical support to the chair, assistant chairs, faculty members and students in the department; managing correspondence; scheduling meetings; minutes taking; maintaining departmental/student records; assisting faculty and students; supporting departmental events and academic processes; and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office software, with strong interpersonal skills to contribute to the department’s mission.
