This position supports the processing of customer records and helps ensure accurate and timely handling of licensing information. You will assist with office tasks that keep driver records updated and accessible. As a Clerical Assistant 2, you will perform the following duties: Record Updates: Process forms and documents to update driver and non-driver records for individuals with suspensions or other sanctions. Work Logging: Track incoming work and distribute tasks according to required procedures and priorities. Issue Reporting: Report system problems to supervisors or work leaders as soon as they occur. Fee Handling: Manage fee waiver codes and ensure all fees are processed or transferred correctly. Customer Products: Receive license products from sanctioned drivers and return items once requirements are met. Customer Support: Respond to phone inquiries by reviewing records and providing accurate information.
