About The Position

U.S. Servico, Inc. is hiring a part-time evening Cleaning Specialist at Lafontaine Fenton Dodge in Fenton, Michigan. The building is cleaned Monday through Saturday, with shifts lasting 3.75 hours per night. Start times are after 8 p.m. on Monday and Thursday, after 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, and after 4 p.m. on Saturday. The hourly pay rate is $15.00, paid biweekly.

The role involves commercial cleaning and detailing in accordance with customer expectations and Servico standards. Duties include mopping and vacuuming, dusting and wet wiping, trash removal, bathroom cleaning, and stocking supplies. Employees may use cleaning equipment and chemicals and complete timekeeping and inspection tasks using a cellphone application. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and able to understand and follow safety guidelines and regulations.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to understand and adhere to safety guidelines and regulations.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation to the job site.
• Ability to use a cellphone application for timekeeping, inspection reports, and posting pictures.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma and/or GED is encouraged.
• Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred, such as office, medical, or retail cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Use cleaning equipment as required, such as canister or backpack vacuums, walk-behind floor scrubbers, and mopping systems.
• Use various cleaning chemicals.
• Use a cellphone application to clock in and out for scheduled work hours.
• Use a cellphone application to complete inspection reports and post pictures.
• Clean and detail to customer satisfaction, following the expected scope of work.
• Clean service areas according to Servico standards, which are reviewed during training.
• Arrive at the job site on time for every scheduled shift.
• Work in a team setting or independently, with minimal supervision.
• Perform basic commercial cleaning, including mopping, vacuuming, detailing, dusting and wet wiping, trash removal, bathroom cleaning, and supply stocking.
• Bend, stand, and lift as required, including lifting up to 25 pounds.
