About The Position

U.S. Servico, Inc. is hiring a part-time evening Cleaning Specialist at its D Space Wixom location in Wixom, Michigan. The building is cleaned Monday through Friday for four hours per night, after 6 p.m. The hourly pay rate is $16.00, with biweekly pay.

The role involves commercial cleaning and disinfection, following Servico standards and the customer’s scope of work. Cleaning tasks may include mopping and vacuuming, detailing, dusting and wet wiping, trash removal, bathroom cleaning, and stocking supplies. Employees may use cleaning equipment and chemicals, work independently or as part of a team, and use cellphone applications to record work hours and complete inspection reports with photos.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, follow safety guidelines, and have reliable transportation to the job site. High school or GED education is encouraged, and prior commercial cleaning experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Use cleaning equipment as required, such as canister or backpack vacuums, walk-behind floor scrubbers, and mopping systems.
• Use various cleaning chemicals.
• Clean and detail spaces to the customer’s satisfaction, following the expected scope of work.
• Clean service areas according to Servico standards, which are reviewed during training.
• Arrive at the scheduled location on time for every shift.
• Work effectively in a team setting or independently, with minimal supervision.
• Use cellphone applications to clock in and out for scheduled work hours.
• Use cellphone applications to complete inspection reports and post pictures.
• Perform basic commercial cleaning, including mopping and vacuuming, detailing, dusting and wet wiping, trash removal, bathroom cleaning, and supply stocking.
• Bend, stand, and lift as needed, including lifting up to 25 pounds.
