About The Position

U.S. Servico, Inc. is hiring part-time evening Cleaning Specialists to clean and disinfect commercial buildings. Multiple positions are available, with schedules ranging from 3–5 days per week and shifts of 4–5 hours per night starting after 5 p.m. The hourly pay rate is $15, paid biweekly.

The role involves cleaning service areas according to Servico standards and the expected scope of work. Duties may include commercial cleaning, mopping and vacuuming, detailing, dusting and wet wiping, trash removal, bathroom cleaning, and stocking supplies. Employees may use cleaning equipment and chemicals and must be able to work independently or as part of a team, follow safety guidelines, and arrive on time as scheduled.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to understand and follow safety guidelines and regulations.
• Ability to bend, stand, and lift.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must have reliable transportation to the job site.

Nice To Haves

• High school education and/or GED is encouraged.
• Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred, such as in office, medical, or retail settings.

Responsibilities

• Use cleaning equipment as required, such as canister or backpack vacuums, walk-behind floor scrubbers, and mopping systems.
• Use various cleaning chemicals.
• Use a cellphone application to clock in and out for scheduled work hours.
• Use a cellphone application to complete inspection reports and post pictures.
• Clean and detail to customer satisfaction, following the expected scope of work.
• Clean service areas according to Servico standards, which are reviewed during training.
• Arrive at the work location on time as scheduled.
• Work effectively in a team setting or individually, with minimal supervision.
• Perform basic commercial cleaning, mopping and vacuuming, detailing, dusting and wet wiping, trash removal, bathroom cleaning, and supply stocking.
