About The Position
KMG Prestige is seeking a Community Manager in Lansing, Michigan. The role oversees the apartment community’s daily operations, addresses resident concerns, collects rent, markets the community, and leads site staff. Requirements
- Property management experience, including required Section 8 and Tax Credit experience.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Budgeting experience.
- A customer service mindset.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to obtain a Real Estate Salesperson License; the company pays for the license.
