About The Position
KMG Prestige is seeking a goal-oriented Community Manager in Lansing, Michigan, who enjoys new challenges and has a passion for property management. The role oversees the apartment community’s daily operations, handles resident concerns and rent collection, markets the community, and leads site staff. The ideal candidate aims to create happy residents through superior customer service and a positive attitude. The company will pay for the candidate to obtain a Real Estate Salesperson License.
Requirements
- Property management experience, including Section 8 and Tax Credit experience.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Budgeting experience.
- Customer service mindset.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to obtain a Real Estate Salesperson License.
