About The Position

U.S. Servico, Inc. is seeking an energetic and driven part-time Cleaning Specialist to clean and disinfect a building in Rochester Hills, Michigan. The building is cleaned on Tuesday and Friday evenings for 2.5 hours per night, with a start time after 6 p.m. The hourly pay rate is $15, paid biweekly.

The role involves commercial cleaning and detailing to customer satisfaction, following the expected scope of work and Servico standards, which are reviewed during training. The specialist may work independently or as part of a team and is expected to arrive on time for scheduled shifts. Duties include mopping and vacuuming, dusting and wet wiping, trash removal, bathroom cleaning, and stocking supplies.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and able to understand and follow safety guidelines and regulations. Reliable transportation to the job site is required. High school or GED completion is encouraged, and previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Use cleaning equipment when required, such as canister or backpack vacuums, walk-behind floor scrubbers, and mopping systems.
• Use various cleaning chemicals.
• Clean and detail the facility to customer satisfaction and follow the expected scope of work.
• Clean service areas according to Servico standards reviewed during training.
• Arrive at the work location on time for every scheduled shift.
• Work effectively in a team setting or independently, with minimal supervision.
• Use cellphone applications to clock in and out for scheduled work hours.
• Use cellphone applications to complete inspection reports and post pictures.
• Perform basic commercial cleaning, including mopping and vacuuming, detailing, dusting and wet wiping, trash removal, bathroom cleaning, and supply stocking.
