About The Position

U.S. Servico, Inc. is hiring a part-time evening Cleaning Specialist at Infiniti of Novi in Novi, Michigan. The building is cleaned Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday for four hours per night, with shifts starting after 6 p.m. The hourly pay rate is $15, paid biweekly.

The role involves commercial cleaning and disinfecting, following the customer’s scope of work and Servico standards. Work may be performed independently or as part of a team, with minimal supervision. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and able to understand and follow safety guidelines and regulations.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to understand and adhere to safety guidelines and regulations.
• Must have reliable transportation to the job site.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to work the scheduled evening shifts Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma and/or GED is encouraged.
• Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred, such as in an office, medical, or retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Use cleaning equipment as required, such as canister or backpack vacuums, walk-behind floor scrubbers, and mopping systems.
• Use various cleaning chemicals.
• Bend, stand, and lift as required for cleaning duties.
• Use a cellphone application to clock in and out for scheduled work hours.
• Use a cellphone application to complete inspection reports and post pictures.
• Clean and detail areas to the customer's satisfaction while following the expected scope of work.
• Clean service areas according to Servico standards, which are reviewed during training.
• Arrive at the job site on time for every scheduled shift.
• Work in a team setting or independently, with minimal supervision.
• Perform basic commercial cleaning, mopping and vacuuming, detailing, dusting and wet wiping, trash removal, bathroom cleaning, and supply stocking.
• Lift up to 25 pounds.
