1st Shift Cleaner
About The Position
Allegiance Industries is hiring a 1st Shift General Cleaner at a pharmaceutical plant in Grand Island, New York. The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The position pays $17.00 per hour, with weekly pay. A $300 signing bonus is available, paid in three $100 installments after 30, 60, and 90 days of employment. The site is not on a bus line, and reliable transportation is required. Requirements
- Physical stamina and dexterity.
- Ability to detect safety hazards and communicate them to appropriate staff.

Responsibilities
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors and clean other surfaces.
- Gather and empty trash.
- Supply, clean, and service restrooms.
- Mix cleaning agents according to specifications.
- Move heavy equipment, objects, or furniture.
- Identify and report possible repairs.
- Perform applicable floor work, such as steam-cleaning carpets, applying wax, and buffing.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
