About The Position

NIS Express is hiring CDL-A graduates in Monroe, NC, who are ready to start earning from day one. This position offers paid training for new CDL-A graduates with 120 hours from an accredited school. The role involves dry van freight, 100% no-touch, and primarily drop and hook loads on regional routes east of I-35. Drivers will operate 2024–2025 Freightliner or Kenworth trucks equipped with APUs and can expect to earn $1,200 to $1,500 weekly via direct deposit, with home time weekly or every other week.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older
• 120 or more hours from an accredited CDL school
• Clean driving record
• Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen

Nice To Haves

• OTR experience not required

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely in all road conditions.
• Utilize ELD and adhere to hours-of-service rules.
• Perform pre and post-trip inspections.
• Understand dispatch operations and run expectations.
• Complete assigned regional routes east of I-35.
• Handle dry van freight with 100% no-touch, mostly drop and hook.
