About The Position

This position is for a CDL-A trainee in Spring Hill, FL. If you have completed 120 or more hours at an accredited CDL school, you qualify for a fully paid one-on-one training program. No OTR experience is required. The role involves dry van freight, 100% no-touch, and mostly drop and hook. Drivers will operate on regional routes east of I-35 in 2024-2025 Freightliner or Kenworth trucks equipped with APUs. Weekly pay ranges from $1,200 to $1,500 via direct deposit, with home time weekly or every other week.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older
• 120 or more hours from an accredited CDL school
• Clean driving record
• Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer in all road conditions.
• Utilize ELD and adhere to hours-of-service rules.
• Perform pre and post-trip inspections.
• Understand dispatch operations and run expectations.
