Class A CDL Flatbed Driver | $75k/Yr + $7,500 Bonus (Selbyville)
About The Position
This is a local dedicated flatbed driving position based at the Selbyville, Delaware hub. Drivers haul live poultry from local farms to facilities within a 300-mile radius, using 45- to 48-foot flatbed trailers and strapping down cage loads at farm pickups with a cheater bar. The role averages approximately 1,024 miles, 15 loads, and 20 stops each week, with automatic day-cab equipment. Drivers are home daily on a dependable Monday-through-Friday schedule, with start times between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM. One to two Saturdays per month are required. Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day are off. Average annual earnings are stated as $75,000, with base pay of $0.50 to $0.52 per mile, a $7,500 sign-on bonus, and additional pay for live stops, detention, holidays, orientation, and training.
Requirements
- At least 9 months of verified tractor-trailer experience.
- Pass pre-employment dual-panel hair follicle and urine toxicology screenings.
