Flatbed - CDL Class A Driver
About The Position
Arcosa Shoring Products is seeking a Class A Driver to operate a tractor-trailer transporting cargo to and from specified destinations. The driver prepares, receives, and provides delivery or pickup documents; loads, secures, and unloads cargo; and maintains radio or telephone contact with management regarding instructions and schedule changes. The role requires maintaining travel and cargo logs in accordance with federal and state guidelines, following company safety procedures and applicable regulations, and having a satisfactory driving record. The driver may participate in safety committees or initiatives and performs other duties as assigned. The schedule is 6:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with nights and weekends at home. Compensation includes competitive wages, opportunities for merit increases and professional growth, and performance incentives. Benefits become available on the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.
Requirements
- Current Class A CDL with no manual transmission restriction.
- Prior flatbed experience.
- At least 3 years of relevant driving experience.
- Knowledge of and ability to operate all equipment in the assigned area.
- Ability to perform all essential functions safely and efficiently.
- Regular and predictable attendance.
- Satisfactory driving record.
- Must be licensed to operate a truck.
Responsibilities

- Operate a knuckle boom.
- Follow company safety rules and procedures and applicable governmental regulations.
- Transport cargo safely.
- Participate in safety committees or initiatives as applicable.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
