About The Position

Collectors is seeking a Claims Representative to join its Collectors Claims team and assist customers with claims involving damage or loss of collectibles during their return journey. The role serves as a central liaison for customers navigating the claims process, communicating with them by phone and email. The position reports to the Claims Manager and is based onsite at the Santa Ana office five days per week. This is a temporary position.

The Claims Coordinator receives, reviews, and processes payment requests; prepares settlement and release agreements; maintains insurance logs and accurate claim records; and provides customers with timely payment updates. The role also provides internal customer service and collaborates with internal stakeholders to process customer payment requests.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of administrative experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written organization and communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite products.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process payment requests.

• Address inquiries and concerns while providing exceptional internal customer service.
• Work with internal stakeholders to process payment requests for customers.
• Guide customers through the claims process and communicate with them by phone and email.
