This role involves providing exceptional client service, responding to insureds' losses, determining the cause of loss, collecting claims details, setting up rentals or tows, and informing clients about next steps. The position also requires responding to client inquiries, counseling them on claim reporting options, identifying claim scenarios needing further investigation, and escalating as required. Additionally, the role involves offering feedback to leadership on process efficiencies to enhance the client experience. Employees hired through Specialisterne will receive support from a Specialisterne Workplace Support Specialist for their first twelve weeks on the job. This role operates in a contact centre environment requiring high concentration and involves communicating with and supporting emotional clients.
