About The Position

RTC is seeking a dynamic Client Services Representative to support clients and maintain the service standards RTC has provided for decades. This multifaceted role involves analyzing client data, coordinating work to meet client demands, monitoring deliverables, resolving issues, supporting sales performance, maintaining accurate records, and overseeing daily logistics. The position calls for adaptability, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to prioritize in a changing business-to-business environment. A bachelor’s degree is a plus but is not required. ERP experience is required, and proficiency in Excel and Word is expected; applicants must complete an Excel test. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. The position offers a hybrid work-from-home program. The budgeted base salary range is $42,865–$62,321, with overtime eligibility for hours worked over 40 and eligibility for an annual bonus. Bonuses are based on RTC’s financial results, and first-year payouts, if awarded, are prorated according to the start date. Requirements

ERP experience required.
Proficiency in Excel and Word applications; an Excel test is required.

Responsibilities

Manipulate and analyze client data.
Coordinate tasks necessary to support client demands.
Monitor customer deliverables and resolve issues efficiently within specified timeframes.
Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues and escalate them when necessary.
Assist in monitoring sales performance metrics, including late shipments and order defect rates, and take action to improve performance.
Perform accurate and efficient data entry while maintaining data integrity and consistency across systems.
Maintain and update ERP records, including customer information, inventory levels, and financial data.
Oversee daily logistics operations, including scheduling and tracking shipments.
Prioritize multiple tasks and adapt priorities to changing internal and external business needs.
Support the team by empowering others and contributing positively to organizational success.
